Certify Teacher accepts returns and exchanges of access to its product platforms for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the platform has not been accessed. Certify Teacher does not accept returns or exchanges of access after it has been used. Once you have accessed your product(s) platform, you will not be eligible for refunds. Period. A credit card processing fee is applied to any refund. Monthly subscriptions are excluded from this policy.
